  • Do you offer both domestic and international shipping?

    No, we only offer domestic shipping. We work with multiple couriers for domestic shipping, and shipping fees vary by location. Please contact our customer service for a shipping fee quote.

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 10-business-day return policy for re-sellable items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for detailed instructions.

  • Are your products covered by warranty?

    Yes, most of our products come with a warranty. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please check our warranty information or contact our customer service team for warranty details.

  • Do you offer installation services?

    We do not offer installation services for bathroom products like vanities, bathtub, tapware, shower stations and accessories. We recommend hiring a professional installer for complex installations.
        However, we do offer shower screen installation services as we are licensed glazier. Please contact us on [email protected] for shower screen quotations.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on our website or through the courier's website.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

     Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your specific requirements.
