*Please report any issues with your product within 2 business days of receiving your goods.
No claims for damages, defects or wrong product will be acceptable after
installation.
*For customer pickups, we strongly advise thoroughly inspecting the goods for any damages upon collection.
Warranty Coverage:
Within the warranty period, we undertake to repair or replace any product found defective due to materials or workmanship under normal usage. This warranty excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, alterations, or other factors beyond our control. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Exclusions:
- Product malfunction caused by improper installation.
- Damage resulting from incorrectly installing the product.
- Damage from accidents.
- Damage during secondary transit or handling.
- Incorrect care and cleaning practices.
- Modifications made to the original product.
- Misuse or abuse of the item/vandalism.
Important Notes About Warranty Claims
- Ensure all installations are done by professionals or licensed individuals.
- Inspect your goods carefully before installation. Do not proceed with installation if the goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
- The responsibility lies with the installer to adjust doors/drawers as needed post-installation, as transportation and installation may cause misalignment.
- If your product encounters a functional issue unrelated to its materials or
construction, please reach out to the licensed installer initially. If your installer is unable to
address the issue and on-site assistance for minor adjustments or product inspection is still needed, a
service fee will be charged.
